WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“Spent two years calling an apartment here home. A good place with friendly, helpful staff! Holiday celebrations and bingo nights at the office are just some of the fun extra things they try and do for residents. Sometimes the parking layout can be a tad annoying, and one or two of my neighbors were occasionally a bit noisy or out late, but I'm sure it could have been much worse. The maintenance team was always quick and helpful dealing any issue and we were always notified well in advance if they needed to be in the apartment for any reason. I was sorry to leave but life took me off in a new direction and on to new adventures! Thank you Cimarron Terrace!”

“I need to share through my cousin lived there for about five years and I visit him all the time and use the pool and had a good time we never had any problem who is seems or breaking the vehicles. Never had an issue with the landlord we always got along with them all real good. I recommend living there the only reason he left was because of that storm took the roof off and decided to move up to Guthrie with his brother okay. I miss I miss it!!!❤”

“I have lived here nearly 8 years. I didn't want to leave my home in 2012 but I just couldn't take care of it any more. My first apt was Cimarron and they have made me feel like family! They work very hard to keep all of us happy, and they Do!!! I have nothing bad to say at all, "This group is a TEAM"! Thank you Cimarron family for making me feel right at home.”

“We've lived here for over a year and we love it! The complex is kept up wonderfully, the office staff are friendly and efficient, and maintenance is top notch in every way. We love that they do fun communal activities for everyone because it helps feel connected to a community (a refreshing rarity in today's world). Most of our neighbors are great people and every single person involved in running Cimarron is amazing. We haven't had a single complaint that hasn't been readily addressed since we moved in. The parking situation is difficult, but they make the best out of the limiting situation they have in that regard.
We happily re-signed our lease for another year and can't recommend them more highly; we're so grateful for the hard working people at Cimarron that make (and keep!) this a great place to live.”
